Phillips Creek Ranch Community Grand Opening

On Saturday, May 11, we welcomed nearly 1,600 guests to Phillips Creek Ranch for our Community Grand Opening. Adults toured model homes while children enjoyed music from the Eddie Coker Band, carnival games, a petting zoo and pony rides. 3 Stacks BBQ and Trailercakes kept everyone full and coming back for more. Check out all the pics here!

Many thanks to all who came out!

Phillips Creek Ranch Kicks Off Community Debut With VIP “Thank You” Party

It takes a village to build a community – especially one the size of Phillips Creek Ranch.  In an effort to thank all of those who helped along the way (City officials, construction teams, architects, homebuilders…) we invited them over to the newly opened Information Center for a southern style open house on Thursday, February 7.  Our guests, who were key in helping turn the vision into reality, toured the Vista Park Information Center and amenities while enjoying food and cocktails from Sissy’s Southern Kitchen (run by Frisco’s own Lisa Garza).  Set to the soundtrack of local folk band The Southern Renaissance and complimented by a perfect Texas sunset, we hope our guests enjoyed seeing their hard work come together as much as we enjoyed their company!

The Phillips Creek Ranch Information Center is officially OPEN!

Perched atop the community’s highest hill with a view of Lake Lewisville, the Information Center is located where the Phillips family’s former “Big House” was located.

The design provides a warm, inviting atmosphere and strays from the traditional sales center, blending historical photography with large, informative digital displays.  The state-of-the-art technology is the best source for learning about the community lifestyle, builders, and new home availability.

“We wanted it to feel like a living room and not your typical, everyday sales center.  You’ll find digital displays set in custom designed coffee tables instead of stale, static site plans.  In lieu of a chart-like timeline of the property’s history; we arranged Phillips family photographs and artifacts to tell the story.  We wanted it to be thoughtful and informative while being respectful of the unique history at the same time,” said Tony Ruggeri, Project Manager and Republic Property Group Executive Vice President.

Come by the Information Center today to learn more about the Phillips Creek Ranch Community from our knowledgeable team!

All high school students who live in PCR will attend Frisco High School.
