Phillips Creek Ranch hosted a “Pre-Trick or Treat” Halloween party for our amazing residents! We’re so excited about this new community tradition. We set up a pumpkin-painting station and a face-painting station as well as treats throughout the Welcome Center. For the full photo album, click here.
