The 4-way stoplight at Lebanon & Lone Star Ranch Parkway is officially working! This helps our Phillips Creek Ranch residents to not only feel more safe while entering and exiting the community, but also when navigating newly opened Hosp Elementary, which will serve residents living in our Windrose, Layton and Ingram subdivisions! #safetyfirst
Throwback Thursday – Race Day
Did you know that a race track was part of the original Phillips Ranch property? Here, a race being filmed for the Today show. #tbt #phillipscreekranch #frisco #pcrhorses
Ingram Park is Open
The latest addition to our “park collection” is open! Ingram park is located in our newest subdivision, Ingram (duh) and is about half an acre of open green space that includes a unique climbing structure resembling something we’ve seen in a sci-fi movie. We can’t wait until the houses in this neighborhood are finished too! #greenspace

Charge Your Car at PCR
Ok, so that was a cheesy rhyme. But thanks to ChargePoint, we’ve got a shiny, new EV charger for you to do just that!
The charge station is conveniently located in Vista Park by the Information Center for our residents and guests to use. Here’s how it works:
- Set Up An Account. Go online to ChargePoint’s website and set up an account…or, come to the Sales Center and we can help set it up for you.
- Activate your card. When your card arrives by mail, just log in, go to My Account, and follow the instructions under Set Up ChargePoint card.
- Download the mobile app to start charging! You can get the mobile app here.
- Juice Up. Tap your new ChargePoint card over the reader symbol, press the handle button to remove the charging connector, and simply plug in. After you’re done, tap your card to end the session, then unplug the connector and return it to the station. You can also sign up and start a session all from the ChargePoint mobile app.
This is free for our residents or our guests (non-residents), it is free for the first two hours, and $2 an hour after that.
Since ChargePoint began, its Electric Vehicles have saved over 3.8 million gallons of gasoline and avoided 28 million pounds of greenhouse gas emissions. We at Phillips Creek Ranch are all about clean initiatives, and are pumped about rolling this out. So come on over and get your charge on!
