We LOVE October! The cooler weather, the introduction of pumpkin spice flavored treats & drinks, scarves, boots… you get the idea! Come celebrate autumn (and have tons of fun!) at our annual Fall Festival at Phillips Creek Ranch.
The celebration is Saturday, October 18th from 4 PM – 8 PM at the Vista Park open-air pavilion. Our day will be PACKED with all kinds of exciting activities like lawn games, prizes, bounces houses and face painters for the kiddos, live music and awesome food from three of the area’s hottest food trucks.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what our day will look like: Eddie Coker performs from 4-5pm and Foxtrot Uniform from 6-8pm. Food trucks Easy Slider, Taste of Cuba and What’s Da Scoop will be serving up delicious food from 5-7pm, all alongside 2 (yes 2!) bounce houses and family yard games set up on the community lawn. Face painters will be onsite too, ready to transform your little angel into a lion, tiger or bear, OH MY!
If that’s not enough, Phillips Creek Ranch home and community tours will be available for you and your family all day. There is so much to see and explore with plenty of model homes open from twelve of the area’s top home builders! See for yourself why so many residents call Phillips Creek Ranch home.
Don’t forget to check in at the Information Center to register and see what kind of fun prizes Phillips Creek Ranch has in store. And bring your friends! This will be a BARREL of fun.
Last Saturday night, September 20th, marked the kickoff of our Fall Concert Series in the Vista Park Pavilion at Phillips Creek Ranch. The fun & folky Venetian Sailors started at 6pm, played on through a beautiful sunset until 8pm and had everyone toe-tapping and head-bobbing in between! Not only did the band do such a great job, we had a fantastic resident turnout and the weather could NOT have been more perfect with a nice breeze and sunny skies!
We can’t wait for our next concert, especially following the huge success of our kickoff event… so we’d love to invite you and your family to our next Concert Series Event on Saturday, October 4th from 6-8pm featuring favorite Texas guitarist/artist Cody Jasper. See you all there!!

Not only do we offer our residents access to exemplary rated Frisco ISD (the highest rating possible under Texas Education Agency), we offer CLOSE proximity to this award winning education! Phillips Creek Ranch is home to four elementary school schools, one middle school and one high school all within or just adjacent to our community. And now, we get to add more schools to that list!Hosp Elementary is OPEN and serves our Windrose, Layton and Ingram neighborhoods! Frisco’s newest elementary school is located on the southeast corner of Lone Star Parkway and Lebanon, directly adjacent to Phillips Creek Ranch. And, coming next Fall: a brand new middle school and Rick Reedy High School, both located along Stonebrook Parkway! With so many conveniently located schools and our extensive trail system, kids in Phillips Creek Ranch may safely walk or bike for the duration of their time in the Frisco school system. That’s huge!
More on-site schools are planned in future phases – stay tuned!
